What should I do if another associate calls me a disrespectful name associated with my race?

Report the incident to management, your People Lead or Ethics & Compliance.

What should I do if another associate uses a word in a meeting that is offensive to me?

Speak up and address directly with the person if you feel comfortable. Some words are universally offensive but some are not. The associate might not know the word could be offensive to someone else. If you are not comfortable telling the person directly, you may also contact your manager, People Lead or Ethics & Compliance.

What should I do if my manager told me that I was "too old for that job" when I asked about a promotion to a new role?

You should report the incident to management, your People Lead or Ethics & Compliance.

Can my manager take my pregnancy status into account during the hiring process or when assigning working hours?

No. Your pregnancy status should not be taken under consideration for employment decisions or assessments that may negatively impact you. If you believe this has occurred, you should report the incident to management, your People Lead or Ethics & Compliance.

What should I do if my manager finds out that I am enlisted in the military and has asks that I resign?
